Terms of Service

Istibanaıstıbana is operated by Shakir Ali Mrayyen, an individual based in Jordan ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@istibana.app.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

You agree not to use the platform to:

You retain ownership of the surveys and content you create and the responses you collect. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you collect and for honoring the rights of your respondents.

Paid plans and their features and prices are described on our pricing and billing pages. Paid subscriptions renew for the applicable period unless cancelled. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. The Thesis plan is a one-time payment that does not renew. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which offers a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though certain provisions survive as needed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Amman, Jordan. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of the country where you live.
